Adela Technologies is seeking an energetic salesperson to join our team. This is a phenomenal
opportunity for the right person! We want to help set you up for success by investing in your
professional development and growth. We are offering a competitive commission-based
incentive along with a base salary. This person will be responsible for actively reaching out to
businesses in order to convert leads into active sales. They should feel confident communicating
over the phone as well as in person. They will occasionally attend industry days, seminars and be
a part of the proposal writing process. Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%). Most
travel will be in the DC, MD, VA areas.

-Must have some sales experience to include prospecting and phone calls.
-Must have the skills necessary to convert leads into sales.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience writing proposals a MAJOR plus!
-Experience or knowledge of government contracts a MAJOR plus!
-Must be willing to obtain an industry certification (ie: AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMware
Pre-Sales Engineer, etc.) within 6 months of hire.
-Must work efficiently and have an agile mindset.
-Self-driven and motivated to grow quickly is a must.
-Should make decisions based on data, and track progress with appropriate KPIs.
-Minimum of 2 years of sales/lead generation experience.
-College-level associate degree or higher preferred; or equivalent of related work
-Some knowledge of cloud technology.
