To make a referral or learn more about the program, please email the candidate’s resume to Jobs@adelatech.com. Upon receipt of resume you will receive an email acknowledging we have received the resume. Certain rules, restrictions and eligibility do apply.
In order to be eligible to participate:
The External Referee (You):
- Must be an individual person (i.e., not a business entity), and a legal resident of the United States who is at least 18 years of age to participate in the Program.
- Can’t be associated with or a consultant of a staffing or recruiting agency.
- Can’t refer yourself.
Your Referral Candidate:
- Can’t be past employees of Adela Technologies.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be a candidate that Adela Technologies is not actively recruiting or who has had a dialogue about career opportunities within the last 90 calendar days.
- Adela Technologies will process the external referral bonus within 30 days after the referred employee completes the 90 days of employment.
- If your referred candidate is hired, they must remain employed with Adela Technologies for a minimum of three months and be in good performance standing.
